This is a compilation of 30 years working with women like you, in a toxic or abusive relationship and needing support, good information, and resources to get out and heal to a new level self respect and love. We have ALL been there at some point and needed the right support to leave, move on and heal from the experience. These resources are a result of my own process and researching for 30 years what works, who is solid in their counsel and who is the most grounded and calm in their approach.
